My friends, Jackson has been getting stronger and stronger since I first started doing trick training in 2008. Wow, it has been 4 years! Today I see much of the fruits of 4 years labor.
One of the things that I spent a lot of time on is Jackson’s rear. Here is what it looked like at the very beginning:
Not very high and not very beautiful. And it stayed that way for about a year and a half. Then we had a breakthrough and he learned that I wanted him to rear high and hold it, but it still wasn’t very pretty. In the last year or so, we have been doing much more dressage including the piaffe and he has gotten stronger and stronger.
