Gaited horse Clinic

Gaited Horse Clinic

When:  October 19-20, 2012 (Friday, 19th is a possible date if we get enough riders)

Where: Manhattan, Illinois

Who:  Ivy Schexnayder

Cost:  $15 to audit and $75 for an individual lesson (email to register)

This clinic will consist of individual lessons, not group lessons.  Ivy will be talking about how to get your horse to relax, listen to cues, and how to gait.  Ivy specializes in helping owners understand how to get their horses to gait without using harsh bits or gimmicks.  She uses natural methods to help the horse relax and understand what you are asking.  She will talk about bits, whether or not your horse needs shoes, and much more.  There will also be a couple of general riding lessons as well.

You will need a negative Coggins to bring your horse.  Stalls available.  There will be access to an indoor and an outdoor arena.
